The World Aquaculture Society (WAS) has officially announced that World Aquaculture 2026 (WA2026) will take place in Singapore from June 2 to 5, 2026. The Singapore EXPO Convention and Exhibition Centre has been selected as the venue for this premier gathering.
This return marks a significant milestone following the resounding success of WA2022, which hosted over 3,000 participants globally and featured 200 exhibition booths. The decision to return reflects both the exceptional experience of past attendees and Southeast Asia’s growing prominence in shaping the future of sustainable aquaculture.
A Strategic Stage for the Industry
Singapore has proven itself an exceptional host, boasting world-class infrastructure, a strategic location, and robust government and industrial support. Beyond its commitment to food security and innovation, the city offers an ideal environment for global exchange, serving as a premier gateway to Asia with outstanding tourism opportunities.
