The Federation of European Aquaculture (FEAP) presented the HealthyFish platform, which establishes a standardized training program at European level for the aquaculture sector.
The platform is housed on the website of the Business Association of Aquaculture of Spain (APROMAR) and has a course covering the different aspects of aquaculture. The course is in English, Spanish, Italian, Turkish and Croatian.
The course is subdivided into modules on technologies and management of production of auxiliary crops; analytical techniques and methods of sanitary control in aquaculture; techniques and management of shellfish production; technologies and management of crustacean production; facilities, innovation and aquaculture automation systems; environmental management; ornamental aquaculture; project to establish an aquaculture production center; chemical and biological hazards associated with aquaculture; processing and marketing of aquaculture products; good practices in aquaculture.
